These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Soulsfinity app and website (soulsfinity.com) operated by Soulsfinity Ltd ("Soulsfinity", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Soulsfinity Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company number 17116863). Our registered address is available on request.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Soulsfinity. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or over. We use Yoti age verification at registration to confirm this. If we discover you are under 18 your account will be immediately deleted.
You must be a single Muslim genuinely seeking marriage. Soulsfinity is a matrimonial service — it is not a casual dating app.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password or account access with anyone other than supervised family members using the parent account or supervision features.
You must provide accurate information. Male users are required to complete identity verification via Onfido before their profile is visible to other users. Your legal name as shown on your ID document will be displayed on your profile and cannot be changed after verification.
You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban is prohibited.

You own the content you post on Soulsfinity. By posting content you grant Soulsfinity a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the app for the purpose of providing the service.
Profile photos must show your real face clearly. Photos must not contain other people without their consent, nudity, offensive content, or commercial advertising.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
Soulsfinity uses automated moderation tools and human review to keep the platform safe. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Our strike system: a warning for first violations, a 7-day ban for repeat violations, and a permanent ban for serious or repeated breaches. Permanently banned users are device-fingerprinted to prevent re-registration.
You can report any user or content using the report function in the app. We aim to review CRITICAL reports within 1 hour.
Soulsfinity offers supervision features including wali portal and chaperone mode. When supervision is active on a conversation both parties are notified. Supervision contacts can view conversations and calls but cannot send messages or make decisions on your behalf unless you have granted them equal access through a parent account.
Parent accounts: the parent is the legal account holder. The child may be granted access levels by the parent. Soulsfinity is not responsible for disputes between family members regarding account access.
Soulsfinity Gold is a paid subscription offering premium features at £12.99 per month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
To cancel: on iOS, cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. On Android, cancel through Google Play. For web subscriptions, cancel through your account settings or email us at musaab@soulsfinity.com.
Refunds: in accordance with UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling off period for new subscriptions. After this period refunds are at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change Gold pricing with 30 days notice.
Your use of Soulsfinity is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Soulsfinity name, logo, app, and website are the intellectual property of Soulsfinity Ltd. You may not use our branding without written permission.
Soulsfinity is a platform that connects people — we do not guarantee that you will find a marriage partner. We do not conduct background checks beyond identity verification and cannot guarantee the accuracy of information users provide.
Soulsfinity is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Soulsfinity Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Soulsfinity after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You can delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
